Hi. I'm Tom McCallum. I believe that our highest purpose is to share what we learn. Inspired by that, over the years I have written over 2,000 articles and 1,000,000 words in and around the theme of #OpenLeadership on my main site, tommccallum.com.

I am now very happy to offer to you “AskTom”, a way for you to ask me anything you like via this chatbot, which is trained on my corpus of work. As with my own articles, the amazing team who have helped me with this have also designed AskTom so that it will provide links to articles for you to read more deeply.
